Safety Workshop + Monthly Potluck Lunch

We would like to extend a warm invitation to our upcoming monthly potluck which will also feature a safety workshop provided by the Chattanooga Department of Safety & Homeland Security, May 7th at 12:30 pm. This is an opportunity to come together and share a delicious meal while also learning about our safety plans in the event of an emergency such as a shooting, fire, or weather-related emergency. We believe that being prepared and informed is essential for ensuring the safety of ourselves and those around us, and we want to provide a space for us all to come together and discuss these important topics.
During the workshop, we will cover various safety protocols and procedures, including evacuation plans, emergency contact information, and communication methods in the event of an emergency.
In addition to the workshop, we will also be hosting our monthly potluck where everyone is encouraged to bring a dish, side, or dessert to share with the group, and the church will provide an entrée and beverages. Please note we have moved from our usual second Sunday to the first Sunday of May.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in our community and share our culinary talents.
